If you want to work in any NSW venue that sells or serves alcohol, you must complete a Liquor & Gaming NSW-approved RSA course.

What you receive

• Statement of Attainment + Interim RSA (90 days)
• Visit Service NSW within 90 days with the required 100 points of Identification
• RSA photo card valid for 5 years

To undertake this training, students must meet the following compulsory requirements:

1. Provide valid photo identification on the day of training (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, or other government-issued photo ID).
2. Have sufficient English reading and writing skills to participate in the course and complete the assessment requirements.

• Photo identification: If you do not bring acceptable photo ID on the day, you will not be eligible for a refund. You will be required to reschedule and pay the full course fee again.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be made greater than 48 hours prior to the course start time. Written notice must be emailed to accounts@alliessecurity.edu.au .If less than this, full course fee will be payable to rebook. Cancellations made after the course date will not be accepted, and the full fee will apply for any future booking.
• Cancellations: 7 days required for any cancellations. Less than 7 days notice are non-refundable.

1. How long is the RSA interim certificate valid for?
   90 days. Within those 90 days you must go to Service NSW to take a phot for your RSA photo card, which will be mailed to you. The card once arrived is valid for 5 years.
2. How will the training day look like?
   Training will be approximately 6.5 hours (incl. break). You will have a theory component, practical component, then an assessment at the end of the day. Once you have completed the course, you will receive your interim via email or printed on the day.
3. Are you accredited?
   Yes! We are approved under Liquor and Gaming NSW to run both the RSA and RCG courses. All our trainers are also approved, with extensive experience in the industry. We assure you, you will have a great learning experience!
