Flexible Mode of Course Delivery Step 1: Compulsory pre-course learning – This will be emailed to you once you have booked. Self-paced learning consists of videos and short answer questions, approximately four hours (varies per trainee’s relevant knowledge and skills). You must complete this activity prior to the course commencement. The purpose of home learning is to provide you with an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the course content. Step 2: Face-to-Face session (one day) will be delivered for IMP. The training consists of lectures and theory assessment. Upon successful completion, you will be issued a Statement of Completion (SOC) for an Immediate Start to work as a Traffic Controller! Step 3: Live Assessment : For an unrestricted license, you must attend the live practical assessment within 60 days of completing classroom training. You can book here for your practical . Upon successful completion, you will be issued a Statement of Attainment (SOA) and your Traffic Control Work Card (TCWT) from SafeWork NSW. If you fail to bring appropriate identification on the day you, you will not be eligible for a refund – you will have to reschedule your course, paying the full course fee. If you fail to complete your course pre-learning, a re-booking fee applies. If you are found not yet competent for a course, you will not receive a refund. Re-assessment fees may apply. Imran is a good and patient trainer. Did my white card, tc/imp here. He is very helpful and guides you to the best of his ability to pass the course and achieve the qualifications. However it is not a free pass as it should not be. Construction and traffic control work is high risk and can pose many dangers if done unsafely. In my experience with the classes there there were many individuals who could not demonstrate proficiency in carrying out the required tasks and measures required safely. Imran gives much help and extra time to these individuals so that they may have a better chance of passing. However they show little understanding and are unable to perform tasks to safety standards. They are unable to pass and due to this are angered and may leave bad reviews. It would be a danger to humanity to let these individuals pass either way. Imran is a patient man and pushes for everyone to pass, however some people should not be working in this industry as I witnessed today. Great course and great teacher 5 stars.
