The White Card Webinar is delivered 100% online via Zoom, connected with a trainer and other course participants. Ths is the only type of approved online delivery from SafeWork NSW.Â

Successful White Card Course Completion
You will receive a Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment upon completion and a Statement of Training (SOT)Â on the day for immediate start in the construction industry. The physical card will arrive in the mail from SafeWork NSW.Â
It is expected that trainees have basic English reading and writing skills to complete the course successfully.Â
To undertake this training, it is COMPULSORY that students:
- Be able to use a computer/device (computer literate).Â
- Show 100 points of IDÂ on the day. See the ID requirements tab. You will present the ID documents to the trainer via your webcam.Â
- You must be present AT ALL TIMES of the virtual classroom.Â
- You must have PPE Items. See below.Â
PPE requirements MANDATORY for Virtual Class:Â
- Eye protection – AS1337.1 Personal eye protection Eye and face protectors for occupational application.
- Hearing protection – AS/NZS 1270 Acoustics – Hearing protection: Ear muffs or ear plugs
- Head protection (hard hat) – AS/NZS 1801 Occupational protective helmet
- High visibility reflective vest – AS/NZS 4602.1 High visibility safety garments such as shirt or jacket can be used.

Australian or Overseas persons in Australia for more than 6 weeks
- Must have 100 points of ID confirming their Date of Birth, Address, Photo and address using a combination of IDs as per the table below.

Under 18 and High School Students
- The minimum age requirement to do the White Card course is 14 years old.Â
- You can use one of either your valid Australian Passport, Australian Birth Certificate, School ID card, or a letterhead from the school confirming your enrolment.Â
- Please contact us if you do not have 100 points of ID before the course date.Â
Please bring original 100 points of ID. NO PHOTOCOPIES, NO PICTURES OF ID WILL BE ACCEPTED.  If you have less than 100 points, contact our office before the course date. You will not be allowed to commence the course and no refund will be issued. Re-enrolment is full course fee.

- If you fail to bring appropriate identification on the day you will not be eligible for a refund – you will have to reschedule your course, paying full course fee again.
- If you fail to bring appropriate PPE on the day, you will not be eligible for a refund – you will have to reschedule your course, paying full course fee again.
- If you do not advise of us any problems you have with technology before the course date, you will not be eligible for a refund. Full course fee applies for further bookings
- If you are found not yet competent for a course, there is no refund. Re-assessment fee applies.
- Re-scheduling/cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, regardless of when the booking was made in writing.  Contact us here.
